A visitation with the family will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at Strode Funeral Home in Stillwater, Okla. The memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Crosspointe Church in Stillwater, Okla. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Nell was born June 9, 1934 to Bill and Francis Bailey in Elk City, Okla. Her 60 year marriage to Gene Longworth began on March 24, 1951 in Shawnee, Okla. She enjoyed devoting her time to her family and friends. She loved golf, bowling, sewing and serving faithfully in her church. She passed the importance of faith onto her children and grandchildren who affectionately called her Meme.
She was proceeded in death by three brothers, Jack, Joe, and James Bailey, two sisters, Willie Motley and Virginia Thomas. She is survived by husband, Gene Longworth; daughter, Pam Fauchier of Southlake, Texas, daughter, Sherri Austin and husband Roland of Stillwater, Okla., and son, Steve Longworth and wife Peggy of Flower Mound, Texas; grandchildren, Ryan and Ann Fauchier of Keller, Texas, Mandi and Cody Savage of Keller, Texas, Amber and Jackson Tefertiller of Blue Springs, Mo., Stefanie and Mark Stewart of Denton, Texas, Eric and Heidi Austin of Dallas, Texas, and Kyle and Katy Longworth of Fort Worth, Texas; eight great-grandkids, Addison and Ava Fauchier, Kensley and Ryleigh Grace Savage, Tatum and Hudson Stewart, and Kyson and Kaylee Tefertiller; and numerous family and friends.
