Sheila confessed Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Light Baptisit Church in Cleveland, Ohio. Sheila was married to George Croom for a number of years- no children to this union. She was a proud and happy mother and grandmother. She was also avid Cleveland Brown fan! Sheila worked many years in the hotel industry, the last six years with Comfort Inn in Independence, Ohio. She was fun loving and a caring person. Before the passing of her mother, Sheila would talk to her mother on the phone for hours about the soap opera THE YOUNG & RESTLESS, which she enjoyed watching up to the time of her death.
She leaves to mourn two daughters, Tanesha Ivory and Raven Gurley; grandson-Charlee Menefee;sisters Felicia and Teresa Ivory; brothers Sam, Tom (Gayle), Jerry (April) and Demetrius, Sr (Paula), Ivory; a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends to cherish the memories of her life.
