F. Merle Gossett
F. Merle Gossett, 60, supervisor and foreman in the nylon division of the du Pont company, died Wednesday in Staats Hospital following a three-month illness. He had worked at du Pont 34 years, and was a resident of 741 Washington St W.
Mr. Gossett was a member of West Side Lions Club, du Pont Hunting and Fishing Club, Hateras North Carolina Anglers Club and citizens Band Communications. He attended Calvary Baptist Church.
Surviving: wife, Ruth; brothers, Edmond of Ironton, Ohio Donald of Columbus, Ohio.
