She preceded the death of both parents, baby sister and her husband. She leaves behind a daughter Anna Elaine Bell and two sons Leslie Aaron Bell and Shamonn Lamar Rumph, a sister and brother Julia Francine Edwards and Darryl Winston Ferguson, two grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Funeral Services to celebrate her life were held Monday, February 27, 2012. Viewing held at King Emmanual Baptist Church, 2324 Ontario Road, NW, Washington, DC 20009. Burial held at Arlington Cemetery Wednesday, February 29, 2012.
