Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Bennett, 82, Mayfield Rt. 7, wife of James P. Bennett, died at 10:15 a.m. today at Mayfield Hospital.
Besides her husband, Mrs. Bennett is survived by four sons, Aubrey and Wayne Bennett, both of Detroit, Mich., Russell Bennett of Mayfield and Fred Bennett of Farmington; a daughter, Miss Linda Bennett of Graves County; a sister, Mrs. Pat Skaggs of Louisville; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled Friday at 2 p.m. at Byrn Funeral Home with the Rev. R.L. Dotson Jr. officiating, assisted by James Shockley.
Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery.
