1st husband & father of her children was Melvin A. Tilbury. He passed away FEB.4,2010. Their children are Jack R., Terri K., and Judith L. Tilbury.
In 1981 Jeane married Leo Cly Anderson and lived by Grand Lake in Ketchum, Oklahoma before failing health led them to move to Virginia to be near some of her children.
She was a very loving person and it is my homor to be able to call both she and Leo friends.
