Betty L. Nunnelee Bergman of Stanton, California, loving wife, mother, grandmother/nana, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt went to heaven on Dec. 30, 2011.
Betty is survived by her husband, Walt Bergman of 53 years; three children, Cindy Willcoxon and husband Gary, Don Bergman, Julia Hayton; six grandchildren, Shawna, Stefanie, Gary, Jesse, Jason, Brooke; three great-grandchildren, Darby, Sawyer, Taylor. She is also survived by two brothers, Bill Nunnelee and Richard Nunnelee; three sisters, Lyn Van Winkle, Susan Roberts, Karen Peters; and multiple nieces and nephews.
Her parents Bill and Leora Nunnelee preceded her in death.
Betty was born in Hanford, Calif., on Jan. 18, 1941, grew up in Three Rivers, Calif., and attended Woodlake High School. She married her high school sweetheart Walt in 1958. In addition to being a wife and mother, she worked in property management since 1965 in California and in Bremerton, Wash.
Her greatest joys in life were her family and her faith in the Lord. Our greatest joy was her, the center of our family. Not only was Betty a beautiful woman, her spirit was just as beautiful. We miss her more than words can say.
