Her life was spent, graciously and generously, caring for her family, volunteering for many programs at her beloved Bethel United Methodist Church, serving in many capacities in Sussex Gardeners and DAR. She was an avid bridge player and supporter of school programs. Gin travelled a lot and, of course, loved her Wednesday Lunch Group. In 1981 she was the Delaware Mother of the Year and remained active in their programs. For years she was heavily involved on a daily basis in the family convenience store business.
