HENDERSON - Felicia Ann, June 27, 1918 - September 13, 2010
Born in Smelser Township, Wisconsin, and was one of 5 children. She attended Cuba City High School, and moved to California with her father, Henry Wilke, and her youngest brother Gerald, in 1937. They settled in Alhambra where she lived until her death. Felicia attended Beauty School, and she owned Lorraine's beauty Salon on First Street in Alhambra for 35 years. She also had her own dress shop, Felicia's Fashions, for several years, right next door to the beauty salon.
She was very active in the community. She served on several committies and boards, and was a member of Soroptimist International, the Venture Club, and a national sorority. She was also active in the Alhambra Schools reading program.
She is survived by daughters Cheryl Henderson of San Juan Capistrano and Sandra (Robert) St. Martin of Charlestown, West Virginia;
grandchildren Scott, Felicia, Brigette, and Matthew, and their spouses;
four great grandchildren Ashley, Emily, Madeline and Zaylei;
and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Rosary will be Wednesday, September 22, 7:00 p.m., and the Funeral Mass will be Thursday, September 23, 10:00 a.m., both at St. Thomas More Church, Alhambra. Cabot & Sons, Pasadena
