21 JAN 2022 SAC with information: "Nancy Brewer was a McCracken prior to marriage. Her mother was Ellen (Alberty) McCracken and her Father was William McCracken. Her mother was on the Old Settler's list in 1851 and her Dad was a High Sheriff of the Cherokee Nation. Both her parents were of Cherokee heritage."

Tyner, and Alice Tyner Timmons, University of Oklahoma, Norman, OK. 1970, Volume 2, pp. 3, pp. 102-105 (Library of Congress No. 70-16805, et al.) [A public University that received taxpayer dollars for the program/product; thus presumed to be in the public domain] Reported to have been in use since before the War Between the States. Contains many burials relocated from other cemeteries.
