She was born in Grundy, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Perry and Iris June Horn Stacy. She was a graduate of Grundy High School. She was a medical secretary and officer manger for Dr. N. Eryilmaz. Connie enjoyed sewing, and playing video games, she was an avid gamer, especially Farmville. She had lived in the Richlands area most of her life and had attended the First Christian Church in Richlands, Virginia.

Funeral Services for Connie Meadows will be conducted at 7:00 pm on Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Hurst-Scott Funeral Home in Richlands, Virginia with the Rev. Stafford Compton officiating. Graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Sunday, March 4, 2012 at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at 1:30 pm on Sunday at the funeral home. Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
