Tabbatha "Tabby" Lolmaugh, 27, passed away Wednesday, June 4, 2008 in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. She was born October 30, 1980 to M. Steve and Jan K. (Stransbury) Evans. On August 5, 2005 in Mishawaka, IN she married Jason C. Lolmaugh, who survives.
Tabby is also survived by her daughter, Megan Lynn Smudzinski and Alex James Smudzinski; her mother, Jan K. Evans; two sisters, Elizabeth L. (Mike) RayofSouth Bend,INand Mikayla Evans of North Liberty, IN and brother, Jonathon L. Evans of South Bend, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2008 in the Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN.
