B. F. Taylor of Co I was killed in Feb 1862 during a march in Brimstone Valley, Scott county, TN, by "bushwhackers". Lt Benjamin F. Taylor of Capt Lillards Company was killed by bushwhackers in Scott county on Tuesday last.
