Mrs. Rebecca Lowman died at 4 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Stahl, at South Fork, of diseases incident to old age. She had been bedfast for several months. She was born in Clearfield county and was aged 75 years. Her husband, Harrison Lowman, preceded her to the grave several years ago. Besides the daughter at whose home she died, she is survived by two sons, Edward, of Niagara Falls, and Howard, of Cresson. Several nieces and nephews reside in this city. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church of South Fork. The funeral will take place Monday morning at East Ridge, Clearfield county.
