This young and fun loving little lady was taken from her loving family shortly before her 12th birthday. Rachel was a studant at Hunt Elementary school on the south hill of Puyallup Washington. She loved playing softball with the South Hill Baseball Association and playing basketball at the Puyallup Recreation Center; was a self manager, loved playing the flute and had lots of friends.
Beloved daughter of Phillip and Jacqueline Gove. Devoted sister of Angela, Brooke, Cassie and Ashley Gove. Granddaughter of Paul Mullen and Chuck and Muriel Hale.
