Adolph Arensberg was the son of Joseph Arensberg and Ida Gresheim Arensberg. He married Mary Louise Hicks. He was a Decorated Shellback Navy Veteran of WWII. Prior to retirement in 1983, Mr. Arensberg was employed at Stone & Webster Company for many years. In addition, he was a former member of the Cramer Hill Boys Club.

Mr. Arensberg, 85, of Glassboro formerly of Cramer Hill died on Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, Camden, NJ. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Janice Louise and her husband Clarence Kellum; a son, Jeffrey I. Arensberg and his wife Roxanne; three grandchildren, Johanna Louise, Joseph Julius and Louis Michael; one brother, Alfred Arensberg and one sister, Natalie Sirisky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends attended the visitation on Friday, January 11, 2002 from 12-1PM at the FALCO/CARUSO AND LEONARD PENNSAUKEN FUNERAL HOME, 6600 N. Browning Road. Graveside services followed at 1:30 PM at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken, Camden Co, NJ.
