She was born March 1, 1956 in Muncie, the daughter of Darvin and Deanna Mudd Fourman.
Susan attended Yorktown schools and she was the owner of Pin Ups Beauty Salon in Muncie.
She loved animals and supported the ARF organization.
Survivors include three sons, Shawn Lambert, (wife, Robin), of Muncie, Mitch Lambert, of Muncie, two grandchildren, Shawna and Robert Lambert, her parents, a step sister, Theresa Toburen, of California, and one step brother, Greg Rhodes, of Delaware county.
Meeks Mortuary was in charge of the services.
