LaPorte, Ind. - Darryl J. Shoue, 55, LaPorte, died at 5:24 p.m. Friday in LaPorte Hospital.

He was born Dec. 28, 1946, in LaPorte, to John E. and LaVina (Smith) Shoue. He married Lou Ann Probst on Oct. 10, 1970 in LaPorte.

He was a machine operator at Lewis Bakery for one year. He was a member of Faith Community Church and was a founding member and past president of the Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1 of LaPorte.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Kimberly Graham, Goshen; a son, Kevin Shoue, LaPorte; three grandchildren; two sisters, Kathy Myers and Bonnie Palen, both of South Bend; and a brother, Ronald Shoue, Edwardsburg, Mich.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter; a sister and his parents.

Services were held at Haverstock Funeral Home, LaPorte where the Rev David Rodgers officiated.

Burial was in Pine Lake Cemetery.
