Kay was born July 7, 1948 the daughter of the Late John (Dick) Villers and Helen Hewitt Villers.
She was a 1966 graduate of Wirt County High School and worked for several years at Family Dollar of Elizabeth, she was a member of the Elizabeth Town Council, and a member of New Life Worship of Elizabeth.
Kay enjoyed riding her golf cart around the streets of Elizabeth, riding 4 wheelers, and spending time with her pets.
In addition to her mother Kay is survived by 1 daughter, Cathy Fought of Elizabeth, 1 son, Matthew Fought of Elizabeth; 1 brother, Mike and wife Melissa Villers of Elizabeth; 1 sister, Judy and husband Dan Wilson of Pettyville; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Lewis Fought and 2 infant grandsons, John and Bryan.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 7 at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth with Pastor Dean Ash officiating. Interment will be at K of P Cemetery of Elizabeth WV.
Visitation will be Monday, Dec 6 from 6-8 p.m. and from 9 a.m. until time of the service on Tuesday.
