Texarkana, Sept. 2 - Alexander Sevier Wheeler, aged 80, died here today after a long illness. The funeral will be held at the Central Christian church tomorrow afternoon, after which the body will be taken to New Boston, Tex., for interment. He is survived by his wife and seven children. Two of his sons, J.L. and C.A. Wheeler, reside in Texarkana. Mr. Wheeler served throught the Civil War as a Confederate soldier. His home for the last 20 years has been in Cook county, near Whitesboro; ag9/3/1917
