Jessie Aubrey "J.A." Kilgore, 77, of Poteau died Tuesday, Sept. 14, 1999, in a Siloam Springs hospital. He was an interior decorator/carpenter.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Evans and Miller Funeral Home Chapel of Memories in Poteau. Burial will be at Shady Point Cemetery in Shady Point.He is survived by his wife, Carrie Kilgore; a daughter, Suzan Kilgore of Poteau; two sons, Dennis Kilgore of Mountainburg and Kennith Kilgore of Talihina; four sisters, Linda Vest of Poteau, Pat Tackett of Bokoshe, Okla., Irlene Wynn of Wichita, Kan., and Lillie Mae Baker of Tulsa; six brothers, Leland Kilgore of Tulsa, Jerry Kilgore of Sayre, Okla., James Kilgore of Oklahoma City, Gene Kilgore of Phoenix, Ted Dale Kilgore of Poteau and John Lawrence Kilgore of Blythe, Calif.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
