Jeanette Billingsley, a resident of Dallas, Texas, and formerly of Belen, passed away on Thursday, March 4.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Segura; her maternal grandparents, Abelicio and Margaret Padilla; her paternal grandparents, Marcelino and Lucia Segura; and her first cousins, Steven and Mark Joseph.

Jeanette is survived by her loving husband, Bill Billingsley; her father, Eddie Segura; her sisters, Catherine Peralta, Margaret and Paula Segura and Regina and her husband, Rich Larson; her five nephews, Michael and Christopher Peralta and Dominic, Steven and David Segura; and her four nieces, Kimberly, Jennifer and Jessica Chavira and Shannon Billingsley.

Rosary was recited in her hometown of Dallas, Texas, on Friday, March 5. Local services will be held at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church beginning with a visitation from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. with a rosary at 7 p.m. on Monday, March 8. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at noon on Tuesday, March 9. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens. Romero Funeral Home, 609 N. Main St., Belen.
