Georgetown -- Mrs. Dorothy L. Lyon, 70, of RD 2 Georgetown, died Friday in City Hospital following a sudden illness. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., Oct. 25, 1912, a daughter of the late Robert and Anna Lee Morton. In addition to her husband, Clifford M. Lyon, she is survived by two sons, Robert A. Lyon of East Liverpool, and Donald L. Lyon of Steubenville, two brothers, John Wright of East Liverpool and Charles Wright of Georgetown, and two grandchildren. Friends may call at the Welch Funeral Home in Hookstown from 7 - 9 p.m. today and from 2-4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Sunday. Services are to be conducted at the funeral home by the Rev. Milo Smith, pastor of Hookstown Free Methodist Church, Monday at 2:30 p.m. Interment is to be in Mill Creek Cemetery.
