Donaldson Sanday was born to John and Hannah Drinkhorn Sanday. He served in WW II in Saipan, Tinian, Japan and the Pacific Theatre. He was brother to Vivian, Priscilla, Christina, John, Walter, Allen, Howard, Marland, Manley, Edwin and Robert Sanday. He married Gracie Haacke. His children are Donnie, Sharon and Lisa Sanday. He has a granddaughter, Kathy. He worked on Hough Orchards and cut pulp wood. He was a very kind and gracious man who suffered and died from sepsis from a burn and a heart attack.Don was a young man who went to war and never got over all he saw in the war. He was truly loved by all. He would give you his shirt off his back and help out any way he could.
