Ella W. Henrichs, 75, of Box 148, Alda, died Monday at a Lincoln hospital. Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Grand Island. The Rev. Donald Jones will officiate. Mrs. Henrichs was born Feb. 27, 1910, at Ericson, the daughter of William and Ella Mae Baker Meese. She grew up in Ericson and was a graduate of Albion High School. She married John Henrichs on Sept. 30, 1933, at St. Paul. They lived most of their life in Grand Island except for a few years they lived in Ericson and Council Bluffs, Iowa. While living in Grand Island she had operated a nursing home in her own house. Lately they had lived in Alda. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, John D. of Lakewood, Colo., and Marvin of Alda; three daughters, Mrs. Norman (Deana) Sherman of Rockville, Mrs. Larry (Janice) Hinline of Lyons, Colo., and Mrs. Wayne (Karen) Andersen of Lincoln; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three sisters.
