She was the daughter of John and Eliza Carson and was born in Adelaide, Ontario. Canada.
On April 5, 1866, at the above named place she was married to William S. Boyle. To this union were born 13 children, 7 sons and 6 daughters, three of which died in infancy.
Her husband preceeded her in death Sept 17, 1914 in Venice, Califorina.
She also leaves to morn her death two sisters, one brother, 22 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She with her husband moved from Canada to Kansas, Dec. 20, 1883 and settled on a farm 9 miles north of Solomon. In 1887 they moved to Solomon where they engaged in the hotel business for some time.
