Betty Ann Noe Royse, 71, Wife of 50 years to Lucien Lee Royse passed away at her daughters home surrounded by her loving and devoted family Saturday, January 21, 2012 after suffering from Alzheimer's disease for over 12 years.

A native of Flemingsburg, she was the daughter of the late John and Cecil Hamblen Noe. Betty was very instrumental with the youth and served as a dedicated member and past president of the PTA of Kenton Elementary, Twenhotel Middle Scholl and Simon Kenton High School. She was also a very active member of Walton Methodist Church prior to moving to Georgetown and was currently a member of the Georgetown First United Methodist Church.

Survivors besides her husband include two children, Lucien Lee (Diana) Royse, Jr., Hillsboro, Ohio and Celia (Rick) Johnson, Georgetown; eight grandchildren, Holly, Lee and John Royse, Reid, Joanna, Katherine, Mary and Martha Jane Johnson; sister-in-law, Johnnie Day Howe and niece Caren Curotto Prater who showed Betty so much support, care and prayers during her illness.

Services will be 7:00 PM Tuesday at Johnson's Funeral Home by Rev. Greg Gallaher and Dr. Larry B. Hall. Visitation will began at 4:00 PM Tuesday until time of services. Interment services will be 10:30 AM Wednesday at the Elizaville Cemetery in Fleming County.

Memorials may be made to the Georgetown First United Methodist Church Preschool, 1280 Lexington Road, Georgetown, Ky 40324.
