Pauline V. Tooland, 72, died Monday, March 12, 1990, in Hyndman, at the
home of her sister, Mrs. Elmina Martin. Born July 3, 1917 in Fairhope, she
was a daughter of the late Emmanuel and Daisey (Perdew) Emerick. She was
preceded in death by a sister. She was a member of the Fairhope Community
Church. Surviving is a foster daughter, Ms. Linda M. Beaulieu, at home; one
brother, Joseph Emerick, Fairhope; two sisters: Mrs. Elmina Martin, Hyndman;
and Mrs. Violet Larson, Fairhope. Friends will be received at the Harvey H.
Zeigler Funeral home, Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will
be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home by the Rev. Leroy
