CLYDE ANGLIN

Clyde Anglin, aged 20, son of Mrs. Pearl Anglin of Cotter, died at Oklahoma City, Okla., Thursday, July 11th. His body was returned here for burial Saturday and he was laid to rest beside his father, at the Gassville cemetery on Sunday afternoon at 2:30.

Clyde was a fine upstanding young man and his untimely death came as a great blow to his mother, other relatives and friends. He has been sick for a year, and about three months ago was taken to Oklahoma City for medical treatment. Everything that anyone could do for him was done, but the Lord saw fit to take him home to Him.

Rev. Eli Craig of Cotter, preached the funeral sermon, which was a solace to his friends and family. The casket was banked with flowers sent by loving friends, who followed him to the grave and with kind hands consigned him to his last resting place.

Besides other relatives he is survived by his mother, and one brother, Roy Anglin.
