BETTENDORF -- Services for Donald J. Dugan, Bettendorf, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, Davenport. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Davenport. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport. Mr. Dugan died Saturday, July 21, 2001, at his residence in Bettendorf. Donald Joseph Dugan was born June 23, 1943, in Davenport, to Edward F. and Dorothy M. (Zimmer) Dugan. He was a 1961 graduate of Assumption High School and attended the former St. Ambrose College. Donald J. Dugan married Judy K. Hoyer on Nov. 28, 1964, at Sacred Heart Cathedral, Davenport. He was proud of his 32 years at Ralston Purina Company, where he held various positions. He was currently an environmental specialist in the engineering department. He served on the board of directors of the Ralston Employees Credit Union for many years. Memorials may be made to St. Alban's Church or the American Cancer Society. Survivors include his wife, Judy; sons and daughters-in-law, Timothy and Nancy Dugan, Long Grove, Iowa, and John and Julia Dugan, San Carlos, Calif.; grandchildren, Sean M., Kaleigh E. and Jacob S. Dugan; and a brother, Larry E. Dugan, Storm Lake, Iowa.
