She was born June 21, 1907 to Gabriel and Isabelita Garcia of El Porvenir, NM. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rosendo Maestas, and her two children, Dolorita Maestas and Augustin Maestas.
She is survived by her three sons, Richard Maestas, Enrique Maestas and wife, Elena, Roger Maestas and wife, Mary; her three daughters, Corina Maestas and husband, Jose, Rosalie Padilla and husband, Eugene, Eva Fisher and husband, Silver; 40 grandchildren; 75 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Mark Maestas, Santino Maestas, Felipe Aguilera, Joe Maestas Jr., Danny Maestas, and Eddie Nieto Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Cory Valencia and Roman Garcia.
