Louise E. Diggs, age 92 of Garland, TX, former life-long resident of Winchester, IN, passed away January 17, 2012. She was born June 18, 1919, in Winchester, IN, to Earl E. and Myra (Jennings) Cox. She served as city clerk in Winchester for several years.
Louise is survived by her daughter: Jane Bogard of Fishers, IN; sons: Stephen Diggs and wife Mary of Garland, TX, and Max Diggs of Indianapolis, IN; 3 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, a son, a grandson and a granddaughter.
Graveside services will be held 2:00pm Thursday, January 26, 2012, at Buena Vista Cemetery in Winchester under the direction of Walker Funeral Home.
