He was an Army veteran who served in the United Nations Honor Guard and was the youngest land navigation instructor ever chosen to teach West Point cadets at Ft. Drum, New York. He was a plumber.
He is survived by his mother of Prosperity and his father of Columbia; step-mother, Vicki Alexander; a brother, Wayne Alexander of Prosperity; paternal grandparents, Martin and Betty Alexander of Ocala, FL; fiancee, Michele Holbrook of Newberry.
A time of sharing will be celebrated on Sunday, January 22, 2012, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm at the home of his mother at 1885 Candy Kitchen Road, Prosperity.
Interment in the Alexander Family Cemetery in Prosperity, SC.
