Agnes J. Blaylock
NORTH -OGDEN, Mrs. Agnes Johnson Blaylock, 67, of 3792 N. 475 E., died Friday afternoon at the Dee Hospital.
Mrs. Blaylock was born Aug. 16, 1901, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, a daughter of Gustaf and Anna Christenson Johnson.
She was married to LeRoi B. Blaylock on June 10, 1924, in Salt Lake City.
She had lived in Utah, Idaho, Virginia, Hawaii, California, New Jersey and Panama prior to moving to North Ogden.
She was a member of the North Ogden 5th LDS Ward.
Surviving are her husband, Capt. LeRoi B. Blaylock, U.S.N. (Ret.), North Ogden; two daughters, Miss Helen Jeanne Blaylock, North Ogden,; Mrs. Keith L. (Marian) Collins, Idaho Falls; two grandchildren.
Also surviving are five brothers and two sisters, Ambrose Johnson, Boise, Idaho; Vernon Johnson, Carl Johnson, Ruby S. Johnson, Mrs. Rhoda Hampton, all of Idaho Falls.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the Myers Mortuary Chapel with Bishop Orville K. Terry of the North Ogden 5th Ward officiating.
Friends may call a the mortuary Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday until services. Burial in the North Ogden Cemetery.
