Barry Randolph 'Rudy' Richards Jr., 39, of Stanley, died on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012.

He was born on Oct 15, 1972 in Harrisonburg and was a son of Barry Randolph Richards of Luray and the late Janet Elizabeth Turner Richards.

Surviving in addition to his father are a daughter Telsie Williams of Stanley; and two sisters, Crissy Lucas and Kim Painter, both of Stanley.
Burial was in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray.

Mr. Richards worked for Wrangler and was a member of the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church in Stanley.

A funeral service was conducted on Saturday, Jan. 21, at the Blue Ridge Pentecostal Church by the Rev. Jack Campbell. Burial was in the Mount Zion Cemetery in Luray.
