Phenix City, AL- Mr. Curtis Edward Adams, affectionately known as "Curt", 49, of 703 Wehring Lane, Phenix City, AL passed Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Vista Care Hospice, Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held 1:00 p. m. EST, Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Phenix City, AL with Rev. Connie Joyner, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation is today from 2 - 8 p. m. according to Taylor Funeral Home, Inc.
Mr. Adams was born December 9, 1961 in Columbus, GA to Nettie Adams and the late Ralph Adams. He was employed with Adams Transportation and a 1980 graduate of Jordan Vocational High School.
Survivors include his mother, Nettie Adams of Columbus, Ga; wife Zina Adams of Phenix City, AL; one son, Collin Adams of Alvarado, TX; four daughters, Andrea Williams, Taryn (Eric) Whittlesey, Keyshawn Williams all of Columbus, GA; Cortasha Adams of Phenix City, AL.; four step-daughters, Alancia Adams, Ni-Ketia Adams of Phenix City, AL; Ashley Nicole Fuller of Columbus, GA; KaBrianna Harder of Alvarado, TX; three sisters, Patricia Adams, Jacqueline Adams Senior and Marion Faye Fletcher-Sydnor all of Columbus, GA; nine grandchildren and host of ther relatives and friends
