Passed Away at Marshville Last Night--Mr. Freeland Also Seriously Ill.
Mrs. T. L. Freeland, who resides on East Ninth street, passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W. E. Bailey in Marshville last night about 9 o'clock whither she went a week ago to visit. Mrs. Freeland, who was accompanied by Mr. Freeland, was taken with pneumonia, as was also Mr. Freeland, shortly after her arrival in Marshville. She gradually grew worse until the end last night. Mr. Freeland is still very seriously ill.
The remains will be brought to Charlotte probably tonight and the funeral will take place tomorrow. Aside from her husband Mrs. Freeland is survived by two children who live in Charlotte, namely, Mrs. Sallie Morris and Mr. Julian Freeland, aside from many other relatives.
