Ella Peak Bodine, wife of Edgar Bodine died at the Bothwell Hospital where she had been a patient.
Mrs. Bodine was born December 6, 1880, at Brazilton, KS., the daughther of the late John F. and Ida Peak. She was maried to C. E. Bodine at Greenbush, Ks., on January 30, 1906, and came to Sedalia in 1924. She was a member of the Sacred Heart Church and Altar Society.
Surviving besides her husband are eight children: Orpha Bodine, New Jersey; Clarence Bodine, Philadelphia, Pa.; Loren Bodine, Joseph Bodine, and Francis Bodine of St. Louis; William Bodine, U.S. Navy; two daughters: Mrs. Thomas Brudenell, Oakland, Calif.; and Mrs. Orbrey Cramer, Sedalia; 11 grandchildren, one sister Mrs. Lucille Howell, of Washington and three brothers, Leonard Peak, Kansas City, Mo.; Rolla Peak, Girard, Ks.; William Peak, Portland, Ore. One daughter Mary Fern, died in infancy. Funeral services will be at Sacred Heart Church with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
