Billy was born on Feb 11th, 1951 to Eddie Allen Sr. and Rosie Allen in Yazoo, Mississippi. His mother and father have both proceeded him in death.
Billy attended St. Louis public schools and entered the US army in 1969 and faithfully served his country until 1972.
Billy married Christy Bester in 1973 and togther they produced four children whom he loved dearly.
From the mid to late 70's he was employed with Mc Donnell Douglas eventually migrating his family to Wichita, kansas for employment at Boeing aircraft company throughout the 80's and throughout the 90's but in Missouri and eventually becoming a well respected employee at King Pharmaceuticals.
Billy leaves to mourn his four children Billy E. Allen Jr., JoAnna N. Allen(Martin)/Ted, Joseph R. Allen and Cindy J. Allen, two grandchildren: Mikal Martin and Brittany Allen. His sister: Jacqueline Clay(Stacey and Stephanie). His brothers: Herschel, Ronnie, Benerie and Orlando Allen and also a host of other relatives and friends.
