Her son Anthony Ray Petri and wife Joan of San Antonio, daughter Susan Thurman and husband Tim of Austin, and sister Kathryn Bywaters of Devine survive her. She is also survived by 6 granddaughters: Jill Petri and husband Gervais Adams, Amy Tate and husband Aaron, Kristin Uptmor and husband Darrell, Julie Post and husband Andy, Kerry Paine, Kathryn Evans and husband James, and 6 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Feb. 25, 2007 from 3:00PM until 9:00PM at the Hurley Funeral Home, Devine. Family will be receiving friends from 3:00PM until 5:00PM. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00AM Monday, Feb. 26, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of Devine, with Dr. T. Glenn Young officiating.
Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Devine. Arrangements under the direction of Hurley Funeral Home, Devine.
