VETERAN WELFARE WORKER SUCCUMBS
Mrs. Emma Henderson, 85, of 1708 Warm Springs avenue, died Saturday afternoon at her home.
She was born in Silver City, Idaho, in 1865, and was a resident of Chicago for 30 years, where she was prominent in welfare work. She had made her home in Boise for the past 15 years.
She is survived by two half-sisters, Mrs. Charles Overstreet of San Pedro, Cal., and Mrs. J. C. Bell of Salt Lake City, and by a nephew, William Harvey Short of Boise.
Schreiber-McCann-Gibson chapel will announce services.
