Rosemarie Breidenstein, 80, of Reading, passed away at 2:10 PM, Thursday, Jan. 12, at Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.
Rosemarie was born in West Reading on Oct. 28, 1931, a daughter of the late Caroline L. (Grassi) and Rosario Barbera.
She was the widow of LeRoy J. Breidenstein. He died on April 7, 2000.
Rosemarie worked as a tax return examiner at H & R Block for 9 years, retiring in 1997.
She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Rosemarie is survived by three sons: Dennis, husband of Melodie Breidenstein, of Bernville; Gary R., husband of Deborah Breidenstein, of Reading; and David L., husband of Margaret Breidenstein, of Reading.
She is also survived by a brother, Phillip R. Barbera, of Muhlenberg Township; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild on the way.
She was predeceased by a sister, Mary Edwards, and a brother, Frank Mollica.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading, at 10 A.M. on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Friends are invited to call Tuesday 8:30 - 9:30 A.M. at the Sanders Funeral Home and Cremation Services Inc., 1501 N. 11th St., Reading.
Interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
