Executor's Sale of Land.

Under and by virtue of an order of the Probate Court of Chambers County, Alabama, made and entered on the 5th day of Nov. 1915, I, the undersigned executor of the estate of Henry Holloway, deceased, will proceed to sell at public outcry, to the highest bidder, for cash, in front of the courthouse door of said County, between the legal hours of sale, on the 6th day of Dec. 1915, the following described real estate, to wit:
100 acres of land bounded as follows: On the east by J. D. Floyd, on the south by Denney's Ferry and Rock Mills Road and J. M. Rotton and the Widow Hodges, west by land formerly owned by Thomas Hodges, on the north by land deeded James Woodall, Nov. 26th, 1900, being in Sec. 12, T. 24, R. 25, Chambers County, Alabama.
Said land being the land of which Henry Holloway died seized and possessed, and will be sold for the purpose of division among the joint owners and heirs of said estate.
