She is survived by two sons, Jim Lantrip and wife Clara of Hopkins Co. Kentucky, and George Allen of Manitou, Kentuky; two daughters, Cindy Lantrip of Nashville, Tennessee and Glenda Messamore and Clyde York of Madisonville, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Melony Shelton and Cassie Strader; two great-grandchildren, Lane Shelton and Kendan Strader; one brother, Ronnie Lantrip of Princeton, KY, five sisters, Mary Bayson of Arnold MO, Betty Gordon of Columbus, IN., Bonnie Mitchell of Princeton, KY., Linda Driver of Draffenville, KY and Irma Gluck.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Allen; her parents, Byron and Camella Oliver Lantrip; one sister, Marie Sims.
Mrs. Allen was a retired Machine Operater for Ottenheimer and a member of Richland Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Friday January 13, at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Bro. Mike Franklin. Burial will follow at Eddy Creek Church Cemetery.
