Barbara Ann Bailey, 72, of Flatwoods, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at her residence.

Mrs. Bailey was born Jan. 22, 1939, in Knoxville, Tenn., a daughter of the late T.C. and Blanche Atchley McCarter.

She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Flatwoods.

She was also preceded in death by her life mate, Charles Crouch, and a sister, Helen Smith.

Surviving are two daughters, Debbie Reid of Lexington and Diane (Joe) Bailey-Acevedo of Rising Sun, Md., a step-daughter, Lisa (Doug) Tackett of Worthington, a step-son, Rocky (Michelle) Crouch of Worthington, ten grandchildren, Josh, Cassie, Sarah, Mari-Jo, Raeanna, Todd, Sara, Justin, Britni and Courtney, six great-grandchildren, Cammi, Raina, River, Bailey, Lydia and Natalie; and her dog, Delta.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens in Flatwoods.

Friends may call after 6 p.m.Fiday, with funeral services at 7 p.m. at Evans Funeral Home in Raceland, by the Rev. Roger Bonzo.
