Casey is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nadine Trujillo, daughters, Cathy Colvin and her husband, Brian, Denise Diaz and her husband, Angel and Darlene Trujillo, grandchildren, Mariana Andersen Diaz, Catherine Diaz, Elena Diaz and Luke Leffingwell.
Casey was born in Sholle, NM.
Casey enlisted in the United States Army on August 28, 1959 and proudly served his country until 1965.
Casey owned and operated Electronic Devices Co. Inc. for 25 years. Casey retired and moved to Elephant Butte where he was active at the American Legion Post 44 and the VFW until his death. Casey was elected Commander of the Post in 2004. Rosary will be recited at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 9, 2011 at John XXIII Catholic Community, 4831 Tramway Ridge NE, with Mass of Christian Burial following at 11:30 a.m. Interment will take place at Santa Fé National Cemetery at 3:00 p.m.
