Frances Loraine Bailey, 92, of Greeley passed away September 2, 2010 at her residence. Frances was born January 3, 1918 in Milliken, CO to Frank and Nora L. (Redman) Cunningham. Frank passed away three months prior to her birth. Her mother later married Orville Otto Morris who raised Frances and her brothers and was the only father she ever knew. She graduated from Greeley High School in 1935. On December 11, 1937 she married Raymond W. Bailey.

Frances was active with the Weld County Fair and loved spending time with her flowers. She enjoyed her many travels, visiting with her family and playing golf and cards with her friends. She loved watching her Colorado Rockies. Survivors are her daughters, Wilma (Robert) Halbert of Holyoke, CO, Judy (Tony) Macy of Divide, CO; son, Gary (Glenda) Bailey of Greeley; ten grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband; infant daughter Norlene; parents; and brothers, James Lawrence and J. Lloyd. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at Eaton Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association or Hospice and Palliative Care of Northern Colorado in care of Adamson Funeral and Cremation Services, 2000 47th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80634.
