BURLESON - Jack Capote, a retired forklift operator for International Harvester, died Saturday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 68.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel Land Funeral Home in Fort Worth.

Burial will be in Laurel Land Memorial Park.

Mr. Capote was born in Half Moon Bay, Calif., and lived in Burleson for seven years. He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Mr. Capote was a member of First United Methodist Church of Joshua.

Survivors: Wife, Chris Capote of Burleson; daughter, Darlene Kurtz of Burleson; son, Randy Capote of New Orleans; brother, Fred Capote of San Francisco; sister, Lucille Johnson of Seattle; and four grandchildren.
