Hagerstown, Md., dated March 2, 1933:

Lewis H. Myers, of near Beard's
Church, died of complications
Thursday at 2:30 A.M., in his 86th
year. He was the son of the late
Henry and Airy Myers, of Leiters-
burg. His former wife was Miss
Mary Clopper, daughter of Captain
Clopper. He was a member of
Beard's Lutheran church, Order of
Red Men and Junior Order of Me-
chanics of Leitersburg. He was a
staunch Republican all his life. He
is survived by his second wife, Mrs.
Clara R. Myers and one son Her-
man W.; one daughter-in-law and
the following stepchildren; Frank
A. Coss, Mrs. Selda Saum, Mrs.
Abba Jones, Mrs. Raye McCune, ten
grandchildren and two great grand-
children all of Hagerstown. Fun-
eral services will be held at the
house Saturday afternoon at 2:30
o'clock, Rev. Worman officiating. In-
terment at Rose Hill. Waynesboro
and Chambersburg papers copy.
