Services were Nov. 17 at Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet.
Mrs. Blanchfield, who was born in Missouri, lived in Hemet for 30 years. She was a homemaker for 60 years. She attended Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church in Hemet and was part of the Altar and Rosary Society.
Mrs. Blanchfield was a 25 year member of the Estudillo Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution where she was Chapter Regent 1991-1994, 2002-2004, District XI Chaplain 1996-1998, Recording Secretary 1998-1999, Valley Quilters, and a bridge club.
She was preceded in death by her husband.
Mrs. Blanchfield is survived by a daughter, Barbara Silvia; a son, David Blanchfield; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
